Request permanent deletion of your MOJOWELL account and all associated data

This action cannot be undone

Deleting your account will permanently remove all of the following data:

  • All your health data and medical records
  • Your complete medical history and family profiles
  • All fitness data and activity tracking
  • Medicine reminders and health notifications
  • AI-generated health insights and recommendations
  • All symptom checker sessions and results
  • Caregiver connections and shared profiles
  • Account preferences and settings

How Account Deletion Works

Web Request Process: Since this is a web-based deletion request, we will process your request manually within 30 days as required by data protection regulations.


For Immediate Deletion: If you have the MOJOWELL mobile app installed, you can delete your account immediately through the app settings under "Account Management" → "Delete Account".


Data Retention: According to our Privacy Policy, deleted account data is anonymized or permanently deleted within 90 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by legal obligations.
